Instructional Positions
Eastern Christian Elementary School is seeking an After School Director for the 2025-2026 school year. The After School Director supervises after school activities and staff. This position is located on the Eastern Christian Elementary School campus. The hours and schedule for this position is 3:00pm – 6:00pm, three days a week.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide daily supervision of the before school care and staff before school care programs
Oversee the daily schedule including student sign in and activities
Ensure that all safety standards are followed.
Ensures that all staff and children are respectful of school property and school rules are followed.
Maintain accurate documentation of attendance, absences and emergency information on each child.
Qualifications Include:
Experience working with children is preferred.
Good communication skills with people from many different backgrounds.
Acceptance of ECSA’s Statement of Faith.
A strong, clear, Christian testimony.
It is anticipated that the person in this position will have regular, predictable on-site attendance.
The person in this position regularly communicates with teachers, students and parents. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Eastern Christian School is seeking a Before School Paraprofessional for the 2025-2026 school year. The Before School Paraprofessional supervises before school activities. This position is located on the Eastern Christian Upper Elementary and Middle School campus. The hours and schedule for this position is 7:00am – 8:00am, Monday through Friday.

Non-Instructional Positions
Eastern Christian School is seeking an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor supports the pathway through admissions stages and management. Passionately promoting Eastern Christian School while assisting families in exploring the best fit for their Christian educational experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Touring all campuses
- Communication and clarity with prospective families
- Guidance through admissions pathway from initial inquiry to enrollment
- Events planning, management and support
- Database management and data entry
- Office management of marketing/enrollment materials and inventory
- Leadership at all Enrollment events
- Review and process applicant checklist items
Qualifications:
- Breadth and depth of knowledge of EC programs, scheduling, staffing, policy, and facilities for touring
- Detailed, thorough office/organizational management
- Timely communication and follow-up

- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Google Suite proficiency preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively between departments
- Possess a strong customer service orientation and a servant’s heart

Eastern Christian School is seeking a Food Services Assistant. The Food Services Assistant will assist with providing food services to the High School campus. They will assist with food production, food preparation, sales, and delivering a high level of customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in cooking and cold food production
- Serve customers and manage the sales station at times
- Restocking and organizing the kitchen
- Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while delivering a high level of customer service
- Take part in annual food training
- Maintain a sanitary environment while following safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain positive communication and collaboration among staff
- Periodic delivery of food to other campuses
Qualifications:
- Experience in food services preferred
- Ability to use general cafeteria equipment (i.e. warmer, oven, grill, POS system, etc.)

The Eagle’s Cafe (cafeteria), located at the High School campus in North Haledon, occasionally needs substitutes to help in the kitchen.
This is a five (5) hour shift. 8:00 AM-1:00 PM unless otherwise specified.
Requirements include personal mode of transportation for inter-campus lunch delivery. Tasks include general kitchen prep and clean up at the direction of the supervisor on staff.
